Science Cafe: Experiments in Microgravity

Imagine doing science while zipping around the earth at 17 thousand miles per hour. Learn what it takes to design an experiment to be run in microgravity, and effects of zero gravity and low gravity on you and the things around you. Join us for an interactive presentation by Luke B. Roberson, Ph.D., systems engineer for NASAs Kennedy Space Center. He is responsible for designing, building, verifying, and validating science experiments for the International Space Station. Teens and families with children at least in 4th grade and up, join us for a new Science Cafe on the second Tuesday of each month. Registration recommended.
